"Article 144. Offences relating to electoral propaganda.
1. Shall be punished with imprisonment from three months to one year or a fine of six to twenty four months who carry out any of the following acts:
a) Perform acts of propaganda after the deadline for the election campaign.
b) Violation of the laws on election posters and areas reserved for them, and the rules relating to meetings and other public acts of electoral propaganda.
2. Be punished with imprisonment from six months to two years and a fine of six months to a year serving members of the Armed Forces and State Security Police of the Autonomous Communities and Local Judges, Magistrates and Prosecutors and members of the Electoral disseminate electoral propaganda or engaged in other campaign activities. "
