Tonight envy you going to go to a bar
The Superman get sick,
even come to kiss.

Mom looks out the window
In a Renault 9

With this young man is not going to bed
The 82 is an avenue I almost shot
much to pay
The couple is reunited
And they will not get drunk.

Now, a strange figure among smoke and twisted
Allow
see that place is a Japanese suicide pilot.
Man came to seek alcohol
Too monkey in the place
The thought hair sun gringos
And many bullet began to bounce.

Solutions for everything except problems is not only a record, is more than a CD. The double album that the group Bogota Time Local produce just as a tribute to its past and present of native rock, you can see and hear as a mini-encyclopedia of the genre, for the past two decades in the country.
After 16 years, since the same band released in 1991, his first and only album, Public order, the time they return to the national scene with the underground air that was released at the time. In Solutions ... the first disc is a reproduction of the original mastering Public Order and enriched with the issues Rock and does not need you at the bar Matanza, which were taken from a single 45 rpm per minute. the countryside to the city and 2026, two new songs, complementing the first part.
The second disc is a tribute in which artists such as Carlos Vives, which makes an interpretation of roquerísima London -, Aterciopelados, Odio a Botero, Pornomotora and expects nothing of us interpret, much to his mode, rhythm and style the band's songs Bogota.
" Gradually, other bands were appearing " says Eduardo Arias, former bassist of the group. always looked for a link from someone close who knew what it was Time. This was a very eclectic album. This is evident not only in the diversity of styles but the variety of musical productions .
Adelaide Callejas, executive producer of the project, notes that all groups had the freedom to do whatever they wanted with the song you would hear " Just as there are tight to the original versions, there are other completely different. For example, bad friends make their own version, musically speaking, 'Patio beautiful' .
The album release will be Wednesday August 22 at the headquarters of Mapa Teatro, Bogotá, at 7: 30 pm
That night, plus a special presentation of some issues by local time, will stage some of the bands and artists who collaborated in production. Perhaps even Vives and his version of London. Something worth seeing and hearing. DIEGO GUERRERO

In 2004 the French School in Bogota, it became a hotbed of rock bands and reggae, and was the precursor Schebereeo. A group consisting for very good players who have failed to resolve the issue of the singer. Fortunately for this project, Karl Troller visited Bogotá Schebereeo the week that was going to record, which explains their presence in this song. Although Schebereeo is qualified more than enough to participate in this album, its presence is linked to a touch of nostalgia. His drumming is Ricardo, Eduardo's youngest son, born during the height of Time. " Schebereeo is a band of school without text messaging, a rock band without much touch or posters, and held for five years now a small and loyal audience. Few of the countless tunes that were born in the trials came to be heard by the public, which makes Schebereeo a group whose sound is designed to satisfy the tastes of the members, and not of a type potential audience. - Solutions for everything except

problems coming days I think life in which things come at a better time when you can see the effect immediately after the impact. An analogy can be cruel effect of an atomic bomb. When one falls, recognizes the fungus that is generated, but it takes years, generations and centuries and the consequences have not been finished. Saving do not know what proportion (golden, fair or otherwise), the aftermath Local Time generated in the music community capital have not lasted many years. But at least they were infested for good.

This band, bastard child of the new wave and the lively English-eighties, the mother sound of a few things that sound these days. His appearance in the capital's scene occurs during the rise of "English rock or rock in your language" and a few barbarism of the late eighties and early nineties. They had nothing to deal with bands that looked glamorous in magazines, heard on the radio or by which many young people chose to make music Bogota, falling into stupid traps.

But I doubt that much more fun than others of the time. If, for amidst all Local Time Bogotá was a band that made the tense situation prevailing in Colombia between 1987 and 1991 (and perhaps expandable to this day) reason enough to make songs that talked about the absurd situation in Colombia. Yes, because in their songs had no desire to play on radio and therefore each is suited to your needs. Songs that made the sarcastic lyrics and reviews were taking advantage of our fears and our imaginary luxury of a better world, a society in a country quiet and smooth. As we know well the history of Colombia, we know that it happens all the good and bad of the world twice, therefore, we double-cheek like when we go to slap.

course, history proves us right. Such was the emphasis on this single disc reissue, which came reinvigorated a companion disc, with reinterpretations of topics such as London, hippies built world, Involved, public order disturbed, the rock does not need you, The Girl from Chernobyl She dreamed. Both implorábamos he arrived in least expected time (the time in which everything in Colombia is still the best for some and worse for others, something that is happening in almost 200 years of Republican or always the same time) with which we proud.

History gives us the reason why we found restless ears found in the laughter, the innocence and fun of ourselves, the best fuel for satisfaction against groups perfect, so perfect that tell us nothing. History gives us the reason, why when reissued this album and why not the haughty bands of that era not recorded, but included more? Why am happy to remember moments that were lived fifteen or twenty years ago as a haven and as an escape route with Local Horal and not others?

Bogotá Because this band was counted and recounted, and other bands at the time they did it to cities like London, Madrid, New York, Paris, Caracas, Lima or Berlin. As the son of a city and as a result of many things, this disk Local Time'm happy to remember what I lived, which did not live and does not live here in Bogotá. But ultimately it is caused by being here. Now I laugh when I had anxiety before. Is the fear, it is the refuge in laughter and in this album that will surely keep listening, one, two and a few more years. (Depending on what comes in my life).
